Dear Parent/carer
We are in the process of making plans for pupils to return to school for some short check in, catch up and prepare sessions with teachers. We are yet to receive confirmation about Reception pupils returning before September as there has been further discussions within the Local Authority regarding this. We should receive a definitive answer by the end of the week and will hope to share this with you by Monday 22nd.
Should we receive confirmation that Reception pupils will return before September I am letting you know that they will not be having sessions planned until the week commencing 6th July. Further details of the dates and times of these sessions will follow once we have further guidance.
In the meantime please read the document "Parents' Guide to transition to school" which may answer some of your questions regarding how schools will be organised for the foreseeable future.
I am extremely sorry that we have limited information at this time, but these circumstances are particularly unique and we ask that you bear with us and be patient.
Please would you reply to this message to acknowledge that you have read and understood it. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to ask your class teacher and we will endeavour to answer them as best we can.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and patience at this time.
Stay safe,
Fiona Gibbard

End of term celebration- Reception J, Rec/ Y1 & Y1R
The children have all been working very hard this term and would like to share with you what we have been doing!
This is the first time we have done this, and are hoping it will be a great opportunity for the children to share their learning with their ‘Everyday heroes’.
The children are busy planning and getting things ready for the party next week.
The party is on Thursday 24th October at 2.15!
Please let us know if you can make it.
Thank you for your continued support.
Mrs Jefferies J
This term we our topic is Everyday heroes. We are going to be looking at the heroes in our community, and inviting people in to talk about what they do. If there is anyone that you know that would like to come in and tell us all about what they do to help the community please let me know we would love to speak to them!
There are lots of things you can do to support your child's learning at home. Here are some useful websites and videos to help.
