Progression Steps
Our school is divided into three Progression Steps, which align with the age and stage of development of the children:
Progression Step 1 – This includes our youngest learners and is made up of the following classes: Little Lambs, Cockles and Dragons
Progression Step 2 – These are our middle-year learners, and the classes in this step are: Pen Y Fan, Leeks and Dafodills.
Progression Step 3 – This step supports our oldest learners, and includes the classes: Oxwich, Glyndwr, Gelert and Gwenlian.
Each Progression Step is carefully designed to support the children’s developmental needs and provide a rich, age-appropriate curriculum as they grow and move through their school journey.
