Positive behaviour and discipline at GCS
This year we have been working hard to develop effective positive behaviour and discipline strategies.
The whole school community has worked together in the development of our new behaviour ladders, and the roll out of these in the academic year 2025/26 has been extremely successful.
New school rules
As a whole school we have also developed our new school rules - all classes were involved in the creation of these rules, they are displayed around the classrooms and school grounds for you to see. The school rules together with the behaviour ladders underpin our approach to behaviour management at GCS.
