Dear Parents and Guardians, We hope you and the children have had a restful summer holidays and are now ready for the new school year. We have lots going on in the Year 3/4 class this term for the children to look forward to! 

General Reminders 

• Children will be reading in class as often as possible. Please ensure that your child brings their book bag, reading book and reading record to school every day.  
• The children will have P.E on a Monday, please come to come in appropriate clothes and footwear.
• A homework grid will be given out at the start of each half term. Children may choose 1 activity per week. Plus there will be tasks set on Sumdog.
•  Your child will have a weekly spelling test, spellings will be sent home on a Monday and tested the following Monday.

Class Dojo

Class Dojo is a school communication platform that teachers, students and families use daily to build close-knit relationships between school and home.

We will be using it to share what is being learned in the classroom and at home through photos, videos and messages.

Our learning is based around the four core purposes of the Welsh Curriculum.

We encourage and inspire our pupils to be :
