Anti-Racism Statement
At Gors Community School, we fully acknowledge our duty to promote equality and eliminate all forms of discrimination. We unequivocally reject any form of racism, harassment, or persecution and work proactively to ensure that every individual in our school community is treated with fairness, respect, and dignity.
We fully align with the principles of the Equality Act 2010 and are committed to ensuring that our school community is a safe, welcoming, and inclusive place for all. This statement underpins our vision and Strategic Equality Plan and reflects our commitment to:
Eliminating Racism and Discrimination Ensuring that an individual’s race, ethnic background, or culture is never a barrier to their success or rights. We will act decisively against any instance of racism or discrimination.

| Education and Action Embedding diverse histories and cultures into the curriculum, including contributions from Black, Asian, and minority ethnic communities. Ensuring that all learners understand the destructive impact racism has on individuals and communities.

Our goal is to create a school community where everyone feels valued, safe, and part of the diverse society we nurture. Through collaboration and a commitment to delivering our Strategic Equality Plan, we will continue to review, evaluate, and respond to the challenges and opportunities that arise as we develop our school as a model for fairness and social equality.
