We have had a fantastic Summer term so far in Year 6! We recently had a night away at Llanmadoc Centre in Gower, where the children were able to develop their confidence and their team-building skills through a range of exciting activities. We put on our helmets and ropes and climbed trees; we formed teams and learnt how to use a bow and arrow; we made friends with the resident pigs: Mario and Luigi. Then we all had a fabulous evening on the beach: swimming, lighting fires and toasting marshmallows.

More recently, the whole school celebrated the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. We had a garden party and a picnic with all the classes outside, and each class performed a song from a different decade. Year 6 were given 'the 50s', and so we decided to perform Gene Kelly's 'Singing in the Rain'. They were magnificent!

We now have our Sports' Day and then Year 6 Leavers to look forward to: I can't believe it's that time of year already! I can't wait to see what the rest of this term will bring!

Welcome to our class page. We've had a fantastic start this new school year and it has been lovely working with the children and our amazing teaching assistant Mrs Lock!

On this age, we will be sharing our exciting learning and any vital information, so please keep checking and stay updated. 

This term is extremely busy as we count down to Christmas, with lots of fun and exciting things going on. We are in the middle of practising for our school panto 'Aladdin Trouble!' We hope you are looking forward to watching it as much as we have creating it. 

We have also been extremely busy designing and preparing our enterprise project. The children have had great fun and have come up with some lovely ideas. However, we have continued with our Literacy and Numeracy learning and have used these skills across all areas of the curriculum.
