Here we will keep you updated on what's going on in Year 3 and any upcoming events.

Our topic this half term is 'Dinosaurs' and we've enjoyed learning lots of new things. We were very lucky to have a Dinosaur Workshop to introduce this fun topic and look at artefacts and a Dinosaur simulation.

We've also had plenty of opportunities to develop our numeracy and literacy skills through the topic, and have designed our own 'Top Trump' cards and a database. We've made comparisons between the Jurassic period and our own, and located dinosaurs around the world.

Reading books in daily- Pupils have opportunities throughout the day to read independently. We will try our best to read with your child as often as we can! We encourage pupils to read at home every night.
