Friends & Fund Raisers of Gors School (FFROGS)

Hello and welcome to the FFROGS section of our website.

The FFROGs are an enthusiastic and friendly group of parents, family, teaching staff, non-teaching staff and friends who give a little of our spare time to help raise much needed funds for the school by arranging several events throughout the year.

We recently used these funds to purchase two new tables to help make lunchtimes easier, as well as subsidising the cost of our Year 6 Leavers hoodies, each year. 

Our regular events include the Christmas and Summer Fayre as well as several discos throughout the year. We are very familiar faces at the school and will often help out with sports day and other school events.

We meet at 3:30 on the second Tuesday of every month in the Sunflower room and are always happy to see new faces.

We are always on the lookout for new members, and all help is welcome no matter how much, or how little time you can give.

Ways to get involved

There are lots of ways to be involved with the FFROGS.

Here are just a few:

● Be a volunteer. We always need help at events, running stalls, organising food, drinks, and fun.

● Send us your thoughts and ideas for events and activities we could put on.

● Come along to the FFROG meetings.

● Use your skills. Everyone has a way to contribute, be it helping us find gifts or prizes, or helping around our lovely school - we need everyone.

We would also like to take a moment to thank you for all your support to date.
